These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through ovinarex.com by consumers.
2. Products and product information
Ovinarex offers sauna infusions and related sauna and wellness products.
We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Small differences in appearance may occur depending on screen settings, packaging changes, or product updates. The product information shown on the relevant product page at the time of ordering forms part of your purchase.
3. Ordering and formation of the contract
Products displayed on the website are an invitation to place an order.
By completing checkout and submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. After the order is submitted, you will normally receive an electronic confirmation. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted by us, for example through an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept an order, any payment already received for that order will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
The final price payable for your order is shown during checkout before you place the order. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges that must be included will be shown before the order is submitted.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply to the payment service they provide.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days where the right of withdrawal applies.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Defective or incorrect products
If a product is defective, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@ovinarex.com.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Where we are legally responsible for a defect or incorrect delivery, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Availability
Products are subject to availability. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid for that item.

You may use ovinarex.com for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use protected website content without permission unless permitted by law.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liability under mandatory product liability law.
For other cases, liability is governed by applicable German law. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase is the version made available when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

German law applies, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable consumer law.
13. Consumer dispute resolution
Sarda UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not willing and is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless participation is required by applicable law.
