Ovinarex currently delivers orders within Germany only.

 

Orders with a delivery address outside Germany are not currently offered through the store.

Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days

 

INSURED SHIPPING

Shipping fee: €3.95

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

 

The available option and final shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

 

3. Delivery times

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

 

Business days generally do not include weekends or public holidays. Delays caused by delivery networks, unusual demand, weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery time.

 

4. Delivery information

 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

 

If you notice an error after ordering, contact info@ovinarex.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered the delivery process.

 

5. Failed or returned deliveries

 

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient, please contact us so we can review the available options.

 

Additional shipping charges may apply where a new shipment is requested and the failed delivery was not caused by Ovinarex.

 

6. Missing or damaged deliveries

 

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing, contact us at info@ovinarex.com and provide your order details.

 

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
