RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Returning the goods
After informing us that you are withdrawing from the purchase, the goods should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of the withdrawal.

3. Return shipping costs
For a normal change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming and Ovinarex is responsible under applicable law, please contact us before returning it. We will handle the return in accordance with your statutory rights and will not require you to bear costs that the law places on us.
4. Condition of returned goods
You may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
Any statutory exception to the right of withdrawal remains applicable. This can include, where the legal requirements are met, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed.
5. Refunds after withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund payments received from you for the affected purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for that order.
If you chose a delivery method that cost more than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not be charged a refund fee by Ovinarex.
6. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights when goods are defective or do not conform to the contract.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact info@ovinarex.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Mandatory legal rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by this policy.
7. Exchanges
We do not promise a separate voluntary exchange service.
If you want a different item, contact us. Depending on the situation, the practical option may be to return the original item in accordance with your rights and place a new order.
